I have been cake decorating for the last 4 years. I have been working in the catering industry for over 8 years and I hold a Hygiene Certificate in addition to qualifications in hospitality and catering.  I bake all the sponge and fruit cakes myself and you can have a sample if you would like to try them out.

I know how special wedding cakes are so I decided I would make my own 7 tier wedding cake for my wedding last November as I wanted 100 individual cakes! You can see my wedding cake in the picture on the right.  

My aim is to provide a quality service to my customers at an affordable price with a professional but personal touch and I take pride in my attention to detail and customer service.  If you have already baked your cake and you are looking for someone to decorate it, I can also provide an icing service, any amount, any colour, any shade and any design. I can make Birthday, Christening, Anniversary, Retirement, Wedding and Children's cakes. I also can make cupcakes for parties to match your theme. Cakes can be taiored to your design and decorations depend on what your theme is but flowers and colours are readily available. Butterflies, fairies, children's decorations and novelty themes are also available depending what you require.
